The CTR JK Tyre FMSCI Indian National Car Racing Championship 2026, presented by DIA Diamonds, opened its season at Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore, on 24–25 October with 137 driver and rider registrations: the most for a single round in the championship's 29 years.

Organised by CTR Sports with JK Tyre, the weekend ran 17 races across eight categories, through dry sessions and heavy rain, under the championship's banner of “One Nation, One Championship”. Every race was streamed live, hosted by television presenter and actor Ma Ka Pa Anand, the official host of CTR Sports.
